THEME: Changing Lanes

As a church family, we have an amazing legacy of experiencing the Holy Spirit pervading revival,
revelation, and bold inspired action. We value that. It is still a road with the goal to see Jesus as
the functional Head of the Church which is His physical Body on earth. We have not come to
the end of that road and we have no intention to depart from it, but we need to change lanes.
Someone has said “Change the structure and you will change behavior”. We are changing our
structure to intentionally encourage, release and foster Holy Spirit emboldened action by our
local churches. That means a change in our national focus from management to missional, and
from denominational administration to operating as a movement. That means a release from
the obligation to the grace of voluntarily belonging and intentionally relating.
Our early movement had the goal of belting the globe with the vision. The globe is now right
here in Canada. Let’s build a beltway to embrace it.
