We value that. It is still a road with the goal to see Jesus as\nthe functional Head of the Church which is His physical Body on earth. We have not come to\nthe end of that road and we have no intention to depart from it\, but we need to change lanes.\nSomeone has said “Change the structure and you will change behavior”. We are changing our\nstructure to intentionally encourage\, release and foster Holy Spirit emboldened action by our\nlocal churches. That means a change in our national focus from management to missional\, and\nfrom denominational administration to operating as a movement. That means a release from\nthe obligation to the grace of voluntarily belonging and intentionally relating.\nOur early movement had the goal of belting the globe with the vision. The globe is now right\nhere in Canada.
